We'll have more details and registration information on the site soon so check back often. If you missed last year you missed some great airplanes and flights by some of the best pilots around including a spectacular demonstration flight of a A-10 by David Schulman. We are also working on a B-17 gathering for this event so if you have one to bring and fly please get in touch with us. We're looking forward to another great year. Freeze Fly and potluck Jan 1st! Come on out you hearty Minnesotans! We're hosting a freeze fly on the first of january again. We'll be there as early as 9am so bring a plane to fly and something warm to share to eat. Last year Tim flew till the skis came off, and we maidend an electric jet for Phil. Let see more planes in the air this year. Besides if Snoop can fly sorties in the snow.... so can you! |

Brrr it's getting cold out there! It's building season around here now as the weather is getting cold and the planes are tucked away for the winter hibernation. We'll still go out with the electrics and the smaller stuff for some crazy winter fun but this is a good time to get going on the repairs or additions to the fleet. There are many projects going already. Phil is working on the large 120" Skyraider, Steve is busy rebuilding a Ziroli 101" B-25, Jeff has multipule projects going with a spitfire or two and maybe a couple Zeros, Jim is finishing up his largest Tiger yet and Tim is adding even more scale details and fuctions to his impressive fleet! Look for some improved wheels with brakes on the B-17! Look for details on a January 1st freeze fly and potluck again this year. Until then keep keep the workshop warm and the projects moving! |
